The Money Movement is a social campaign under The Optimum Institute of Economic Empowerment.

The Optimum Institute of Economic Empowerment (“OIEE”) has a mission to create and implement tangible economic empowerment programs. As a change agent, we develop and administer programs that focus on teaching and increasing exposure to principles of financial literacy within communities of need. Working individually and also in collaboration with other community constituents, OIEE believes that individuals, businesses and communities can be educated to understand and adhere to those financial principles which will serve as a solid foundation for future economic growth and sustainability.

This strong desire to teach is why you will see us on CNN, GMTV, BET, or CNBC providing in depth financial analysis in the morning, and will hear of us teaching in a public housing community in the afternoon.

The Money Movement program is one of many of our initiatives to promote the importance of economic empowerment and benevolence.

In-kind donations are just as important as cash as a form of financial assistance. The Money Movement gladly accepts and welcomes in-kind donations provided there is a need for the donation, and it falls in line with the mission and objectives of our campaign. In-kind donations can include printing of campaign materials, event space for our pledge parties, t-shirts, or event catering.

The Optimum Institute of Economic Empowerment is a registered 501(c)(3). All donations are tax-deductible, as allowed by law. To make a donation to The Money Movement, click here.
